Our Mission
The mission of Robin DeMarco Enterprises, Inc., is to provide products and services for education, enjoyment and empowerment. The Online Physics Teacher embodies this mission by helping people find educational success in the areas of physics and math. As a person, I’m passionate about how these subjects influence our daily lives and am frequently amazed when teachers don’t give practical uses for the concepts they instruct.
Who Am I?
I am a retired physics teacher, who strives to help unravel the mysteries of math and science one student at a time. After 20 years of classroom experience, I left the physical classroom and began tutoring online. When I’m not tutoring, I enjoy writing mystery-romance novels, teaching others how to write and publish novels, playing in a community band and building and flying airplanes.
Our Story
As my classroom career came to an end, I still felt the need to share my passion of helping others achieve their personal goals. This was the basis for The Online Physics Teacher’s parent company, Robin DeMarco Enterprises, Inc.. Right after leaving the classroom, I tutored in person for a short time until I was introduced to the concept of online tutoring. Having the opportunity to reach a far larger audience, I moved to the online space and The Online Physics Teacher was created. Primarily I tutor 1-on-1, but I have done online small group classes and assisted with homeschool instruction.
What We Offer
I offer 2 main products: 1-on-1 tutoring and homeschool enrichment/ instruction. I limit the areas I work in to physics (high school, AP, or introductory college level) and high school mathematics (Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2/ Trigonometry).
